hotels in MestreVenice is a unique city in the world, rich in history and culture, romantic and charming, a gem that attracts hundreds of thousands of people every year. Its lagoon, with the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello, is as enchanting as the palaces and museums of St Mark's Square or the Rialto Bridge. At the famous bridge, restaurants and shops animate the city's commercial life. At the end of August, don't miss the Venice International Film Festival which takes place in the elegant Lido di Venezia.

hotel MestrePiazza Ferretto is the drawing room of Mestre. Hotel al Vivit is in the heart of this ample space filled with shops, restaurants, bars and theaters. In the shadow of the historic medieval tower, the ancient remains of the city are as inviting as the rich program selection of the Toniolo Theater and the Candiani Cultural Center, a multimedia exposition space.

A few steps away, the 5 levels of the 'Le Barche' shopping center offer you countless possibilities for shopping, while near the hotel it won't be hard to find some historical cafes and Mestrino bars, perfect for a pastry or the must-try 'tramezzino' or 'cichetto', to be washed down with a spritz, the classic Venetian cocktail.

In Mestre you can also find the modern Ospedale dell’Angelo (where avant-garde studies are conducted in the fields of micro-surgery, thoracic surgery and ophthalmology, guided by one of the best teams in the world), the Fincantieri naval shipyards and the Vega Science and Technology Park.
All are easily reachable by bus.

Mestre is a few kilometers away from the villas of Riviera del Brenta and Padua, a splendid city and ancient University center. Treviso, with its houses facing the Sile, is a charming example of livability and elegance. It is located at the end of the old Terraglio canal, a green arterial filled with noble homes. If you like Palladian architecture, Vicenza awaits you, an hour away by car.
